Media Lab Practice Project

This is my practice run for my Media Lab infographics project. The first thing I did was create the background I wanted it to be more than just a black background so I added the granular look over the back. I then made the eclipse shape in the middle and started to make a square when I realized I could make a flower out of this. I wanted the flower to be unrealistic that is why the flower is a bunch of fun different colors. The last aspect of the project I did was the different yellow. shapes. I thought adding a yellow curvy border essentially would be a fun way to have the viewer draw their attention to the flower. I added the top piece to also help with drawing attention to the flower. I did not want the top yellow pieces and the side ones to touch I like the look of them being separate entities.
